What is Redo? When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee or exchange the bike. If you decide not to buy Redo you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and a 15% restocking fee. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from your delivery date for bikes that are new in the box. Any return processed that is not new in the box will be subject to penalty fees upon arrival before your refund is processed. We inspect all returns.

Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from your delivery date. If the bike has been taken out of the box so you could test out the size it will be available for an exchange upon review through Redo. This allows you to test the size in your home and see if it can work for you. Exchanges do require shipping charges to send the new bike out to you. 

Assembly orders must be canceled no later than 3 business days from the date of purchase. Failure to cancel before the 3 days will make the assembly fee non-refundable. Any build-out option that requires a cancellation must be canceled before 3 business days. Any order canceled after that will incur a $60 penalty and a 15% restocking fee. If you decide to go with a different model, size, or color after your original order has been built you will need to pay the assembly fee again. This is non-negotiable.
